Refund policy

100 day returns

We hope you'll love your order. If you change your mind, you have 100 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund.

How to return

1. Email us at support@islaida.com to request your return form.
2. Pack your item unworn, in its original undamaged packaging, with the completed form inside.
3. Send it back to the address on your return form.

Once your return arrives, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

What can't be returned

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Items bought in a final sale
• Gift cards
• Shipping costs

Return costs

Return shipping is at your own cost. Many of our rings are adjustable or one size, so you're unlikely to need a different size.

Faulty items

If something arrived damaged or faulty, contact us at support@islaida.com and we'll put it right. Every piece comes with a one year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
