You agree to understand when your package fails to arrive due to inaccurate, incomplete, not current information that you have provided, that you lose your right to receive your order. In this case, Isla Ida Bracelets shall not be liable for any kind of losses and not obligated to resend your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same person and/or billing and/or shipping address and/or credit card. When we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone, but we are not obligated.

We strongly advise to double check your shipping and/or billing address during your checkout and after you made your purchase. If you made a mistake filling in your shipping information, please contact us quickly at support@islaidabracelets.com

If this is the case and you have found out too late, meaning we sent out the package to a wrong address that you have provided. We are sorry to inform you that we are not obligated to send another package to the right address.

  • Return policy

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days. All returns must be authorized by us before sending it to us. Please send us an e-mail before sending a package back. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. We will notify you by email when we receive the package, return payments can take up to 10 days before it appears back on your payment account.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Warranty will be void when products are damaged due to improper use.
