Note: New bracelets can be a bit harder to tighten at first, this is because we make the sliding part of the bracelet smaller so it can adjust to your wrist size.

We don’t cover warranty on colour fades on our waxed cord bracelets (for example our charity bracelets). These type of bracelets are supposed to be worn under the shower, surfing etc.. fading is inevitable and we think that it gives the bracelet more personality ;)
We also don’t cover normal wear and tear, or scratches.
