We offer a 1 year warranty on technical/manufacturing issues. For colors on metals we offer a 6 month warranty.

At Isla Ida we are serious about providing good quality products. 

So, if you have any technical issue or color issues within the warranty period. We will immediately send store credit, the same value as the paid product. All you have to do is send an email to support@islaida.com 

We don’t cover warranty on colour fades on our waxed cord bracelets (for example our charity bracelets). These type of bracelets are supposed to be worn under the shower, surfing etc.. fading is inevitable and we think that it gives the bracelet more personality ;)

We also don’t cover normal wear and tear, or scratches.
